Room Reveal: Cozy and Rustic Dormer Bedroom
It's amazing what a difference paint, planking and a built in bed made for this room! My oldest son, Taylor, inherited the smallest bedroom in the house since he's only home from college on the weekends. He needed a new bed, desk and a place to keep his clothes. We were able to accomplish all this plus add tons of character all while staying within our budget by building his desk and a built-in bed with tons of storage. I wanted Taylor’s room to feel like a cozy, rustic, industrial bedroom that looked like it belonged in the attic of a farmhouse. Come check out the finished results on the blog for more pictures!

We made the cozy, built-in bed by using stock cabinets. The trundle drawers add even more storage for blankets and pillows.
