DIY Sweater Stocking Pillow

What happens when you find some small $3 Sweater Stockings at Target and combine it with a Sweater Pillow you made from a Goodwill Sweater? You get an adorable one-of-a-kind pillow you simply adore!!!
I only went in for a few items. You know how it is. A quick trip to Target turns into a full afternoon with a coffee and a guilty conscience. Yea, we've all been there before. :) This particular trip, a little detour through the Dollar Section allowed me to create a darling DIY project.
Now I realize that not everyone can use a Navy Blue 5" stocking. After all, navy isn't a traditional Christmas color is it? But when you have a Living Room with two Navy Blue Velvet chairs, well now - that changes everything doesn't it? :)
I already had two sweater pillows I had made last year using a $4 Goodwill Cable knit Sweater. So after a quick little needle and thread action, the little blue stocking was secured to the front of the pillow.
Then, it was just a matter of adding a little greenery and some berries and in the blink of an eye - my $3 little sweater stocking turned into an amazing Christmas pillow.
