The before is about as plain as plain...
First step is sanding and finishing the top in a deep walnut that looks amazing!
Danielle adds some nautically themed paper to the insides of the drawers from Paperscapes.
Oil rubbed bronze knobs from us to replace the old worn out wood knobs the original had.
The finished product is fantastic! The very essence of drab to fab!

    Another piece screaming, "paint me!" I did not notice the great lines until it was painted! Great job!

    That was the type of dresser I had as a child. Dad let me refinish it when I was 12. I painted it white then glued newspaper to it. Not just any paper. I collected seven issues of the Apollo Space Module landing on the moon. It became the "moon dresser" forever after. I hadn't thought of that in many years.
