Easy
A simple gift to give to the gardener or cook in your family- potted herbs! Use cuttings or seedlings placed in terra cotta pots to give something green this year!
Choose perennials like rosemary, thyme, sage or lavender or popular culinary herbs such as basil.
Decorate your pot- chalk board paint can make a nice area to label!
Add a ribbon and tag or create a gift basket!

Wonderful idea! I had an abundance of herbs this year and dried many of them....I was thinking of finding some decorative glass jars and filling them for my cook-friends and family for Christmas, but I love the idea of a living plant.
