Depends. But for tough situations I like to use TSP. ( Trisodium Phosphate ). Just make sure you rince well with fresh water

Hi I do mine with a Mr Clean sponge. Use a bucket and on the knees. Rinse sponge often. And wipe dry. While I'm doing that I use my vaccum hose to get along the borders.
If really grimy TSP (trisodium phosphate) otherwise any cleaner. BUT start from the bottom and go UP.
