This is our above ground pool and deck that is 20 years old. We are trying to get estimates on getting the deck replaced. Is $24,000 a fair price for pressure treated decking and fencing? This doesn't include the pool and installation.

Anita, If the deck is structurally sound and needs a few replacements her and there maybe you can think of reviving what you have instead of replacing it. From the picture it looks good to me. Is the deck rotting or structurally week in places?

Hi Anita! From the pictures that price seems pretty high, and like Yamini says, if the structure is solid, total replacement isn't necessary. My company would be able to do it for less, and we are licensed and insured for projects such as yours. Email me and we would be happy to take a look and give you a firm estimate. Thanks!

The deck is structurally sound and no soft spots. I've thought maybe we could just replace the decking and not the frame. Thanks for the info and I'll send you and email with more info.
