How can I organize all of these cloths?

I have so many cloths and no where to put them they are hanging cloths, whats some ideas to organize them? On a low budget! Thanks!

start by putting off season items in a tub that clears up closet space for this season.then when you pull them out for next season you can go shopping without money..this season items put one complete out fit one hanger..ie slacks shirt vest blazer scarf.. you just cleared up four hangers..give it a try see what you think
Use vacuum-suction bags, I believe they were advertised as "space bags" but I've bought them from the dollar store. Any out-of-season clothing can be shrunk down to a small flat unit that can be stored under the bed...
Sort your clothes, keep only what you love and what fits you. Store seasonal items in bins , use Konmari method (utube video) for folding shirts and sweaters.
First, if you haven't worn it in a year,donate it. I know it's hard, but keeping it in your closet won't get your money back or change the fit or color. Next, look to see if there is another way to store it, lots of things that are on hangers can be folded and put on a shelf. Hang a double bar and put summer stuff on one and winter stuff on another. If you have another closet you use, you might want to put seldom worn clothes, like formal wear or fancy holiday stuff there.
