12 Days of Easy Christmas Decorating: Christmas Plate Wall

I have an addiction – a cocktail plate addiction. I don’t eat off them or entertain with them, I hang them on the wall. Sounds logical, right?
Before I go any further let me say I realize not everyone has enough cute little plates to fill a wall. You can use this idea if you only have a few Christmas dishes. Or maybe you have a big, beautiful platter that you’ve always coveted but never been able to show off. You could even use a plain plate and have the kids write or draw on it with a dry erase marker like this. It’s all about using what you have. Visit the blog to read more.

Nothing wrong with that, we all collect something that seems useless to others, but if it makes us happy doing it and looking at them, it is fine. They are pretty to look at. I had found a small pc of wood in my cabinet and decided to put a country home on it, but I thought I was going to give it away, but after really looking at it, I kept it. It almost looks like pen and ink drawing , but it isn't. Keep up the good work.
