There are a bunch of great sites where you can buy stencils -- Victoria Larsen Stencils and Cutting Edge Stencils are great: http://victorialarsen.com/ and http://www.cuttingedgestencils.com/
Also, let us know if you're looking for specific ones!
Crafts stores as Michaels,Joannes,Ac moore and Hobby lobby have a wide variety.
Craft stores like Michael's & Hobby Lobby, or online at Amazon or Walmart. I recently used Cutting Edge Stencils and was impressed by their product. http://www.cuttingedgestencils.com/
Hope that helps.
Ebay is a good place too
Debbie at http://www.debbie-debbiedoos.com also has a small new line of stencils and great ideas using plaster of paris to stencil!
Depending what you are going to do with your stencils, the kind of project and what you want to stencil..........you can always make your own. I have done this numerous times over the years.
I just used someone on Etsy and the shipping time was really fast https://www.etsy.com/shop/StencilRev
