Try using white vinegar and water with a microfiber cloth.
There is a kit you can buy at Home Depot for about 10 bucks, it has a special ceramic top scraper that does not scratch , a scrubbing pad that does not scratch, a buffing cloth and a "bum" like non abrasive cleaner/ polisher too
My kit came with a razor blade knife for scraping--my top is white--did it today!! Now spotless!!
Bar Keeper's Friend will clean just about anything....and does it without scratching surfaces. Love this stuff!
