Hang it up with some screw hooks on balcony/back door to provide some privacy from your neighbor.
Wall hanging, or hang behind a bed that doesnt have a headboard.
How about frame it and hang it in the bathroom for a spa-feel?
A wall covering. A headboard cover. An outdoor mat for under your table and chairs. If big enough buy PVC and make a gazebo frame and use the rug as the top for shelter from the sun. If not in great shape lay over well tilled garden soil, cut holes in it and places your plants-water will go through, soil will not dry out fast, and weeds won't grow. If strong enough to hold a humans weight make hanging tree chairs or other type seating. A great wind barrier...snow too. If small and you live in the land of snow and ice carry it in your auto. If you get stuck, place under your tires to give them a bit of grip. Paint it with acrylics or latex for a wall hanging and can also be used for an upgraded rug as long as it is well coated to protect the paint. Stitch different sized pockets on it to hold whatever items you'd like. If you stitch heavy weight flexible plastic on with holes punched in the bottom for drainage you can grow herbs, strawberries, and more depending on the depth of the pockets and hang for a vertical hassle free garden. Depending on size it can be hung outdoors for extra privacy. Use as a mat for an outdoor shower {a hose, hanging shower head, and a surround suffice for the shower part and actually looks nice.
