I would like to turn my 'regular' green wreaths to white.

Question

Has anyone ever had any luck turning a green wreath to a white one? Wondering if I can spray paint it or maybe some other type of paint.

Any thoughts?

Spray paint will work, but be a lot of work to get good coverage. Also might try bleach???

I've done about 3 dozen sleep spray painted white the white paint is pretty good for a base coat. But it won't make it as white as you think it will. Best thing is I buy this text your clitty spray paint and they have a alabaster white and they have also a Irie champagne and that looks really pretty with gold accents

I spray paint everything I can but with the green I would prime it first. You asked if you could paint it and so far that's what we all said then you want more suggestions there isn't to much you can do with a wreath if it's tree like. If not you can find many wreaths on here or pintrest.

You can buy spray snow. It won't get it to be white, white, white, but I am not sure you could achieve that look with any product. It will look flocked or like a magical frosty morning. The downfall is it tends to be a bit crumbly, but I haven't used the product in years, maybe it has gotten better. And you can wash it off with a lot of elbow grease, so it might require annual refreshing.

I have found that the spray glue and fake snow makes it look really neat. It may take some effort to get the snow down into the wreath, but it would be worth the effort. Then sprinkle in a little silver glitter!

If it were me, I would try the faux snow and some glitter, and I don't think it would take too long. Use a box to hold the wreath in so the spray will stay contained. Good luck and let me know please.
