Thanks Janet
We did something similar to our garage floor when we moved and decided to lease out the house. Once the garage was completely empty, we had a maint. guy (love these people) come out and first, sweep, mop and sand the floor wherever necessary. Used a blower to get out all debris out of corners, etc. He had paper slippers on his shoes and then used a spray gun with hoses. He painted the flooring with a pale blue hue tinted concrete color and stirred sparkle dust in the paint. I asked him if that was a hard thing to do and he said no problem so I wanted the sparkle to make the garage look clean all the time. It was amazing to see when it dried! He put some sort of sealer on it when he finished painting and anything spilled on it was wiped up in no time. All new garage floors should be done this way so they don't end up looking like refugee camps are living there.
Thanks Terry. This sounds awesome.
