Melted Snowman Ornament

My kids and I are so excited that it is finally time for Christmas crafts and projects!
Creating gifts and crafts for the holidays is so much fun! ‘Tis the season to gather your kiddos to make homemade presents and decorations. We have fond memories of all the things we have made over the years. Homemade ornaments are one of our favorite things to make during the Christmas season and this melted snowman ornament is one of our top five ornaments to make.
To make this cute ornament, you will need: a clear ornament, salt, peppercorns, a funnel and a small piece of orange construction paper.
First, pull the top off your ornament and put the funnel in the opening.
Then, pour salt into the funnel to fill the ornament about a quarter of the way up.
Next, add some peppercorns (the eyes, mouth and buttons of the snowman). We added eight to our ornaments.
Roll up the small piece of orange construction paper and put it in the ornament.
Put the top back on the ornament.
Add some string and hang on your tree.
The melted snowman ornament in definitely one of the favorites on the tree.
Stay tuned for more Christmas creations!
