How can I repurpose pet food containers?

Hi, I have a couple hundred dog food cans(the small ones) and about 50 little Cesar plastic containers. I have already used some of the plastic ones to organize my jewelry drawer but I have no ideas for the cans or what to do with the rest of the little plastic ones. IDEAS??

I belong to a weekly craft group and we use yogurt containers, etc. to put water in for our paint brushes. Maybe a school could use them for this purpose.

Hi... Some suggestions for Dog Food Cans (presuming them to be metal cans).

    1) Tea Light Candle Holders (my favourite)

    2) Rain Chain

    3) Table Top Planters for succulents (covered with paint / fabric / strings / sand / pebbles / etc.)

    4) Rustic Lamps (a bunch for ceiling hanging or floor mounted, OR single can for wall mounting )

    5) DIY Chandelier with Drift wood & cans

    6) Stationery OR Cutlery Organisers

    7) Wind Chimes (as suggested above)... A whole lot of variety can be crafted

    8) Some Garden Art, like cans can be converted into flowers by slitting them OR may be colourfully painted & displayed at appropriate places.

    9) Bird Feeders (using both, can for the base part & plastic container to cover the top opening OR vise a versa)

    10) With some indoor plants, hang the cans on a window, creating a green curtain.

    11) Use the painted cans as Miniature Walls/Dividers in garden, patio, window sill, etc.

Hope any of these work for you !

    Regards, Upasana

Thanks to you all. I did donate some to my Granddaughter's school and to the nursery at church. I'm working. On wind chimes and a wooden cat feeder I saw on pintrest

Here's more suggestions. Cans for pin cushions, small pot pourries, paint outside of cans, add ribbon for hanging, seal smellies with flat lace piece hot glued in. Hang & enjoy. Put single very small hole in each container including foil type pkgs, fill each with soil, plant early garden seeds. Keep & reuse or fill with small rocks, put small piece over top yo hold in rooks. Place & arrange cans with open side down, surround with small rocks, pea gravel, or sand to create garden path.
