I saw this 1950's metal cart and knew it was destined to be brought back to life! (I overpaid for the cart...$75...but I wanted it!). It had surface rust and crud on it. I used WD40, 120 grit sandpaper, and some naval jelly for the surface rust, screws and the wheels. After washing and a wipe over with tack cloth, I used Krylon white primer (not the dual primer & paint), then a coat of white Krylon paint and finished up with Krylon Color Master Enamel paint. For the legs I removed the surface rust with 120 grit sandpaper, washed, tact cloth and Rustoleum metallic 'metal' spray paint! Love how it turned out!!
mod podge poster and red dots....sprayed a couple of layers of clear coat
