The Vermont Winter Garden
by

I don't know what it's like where you live, but here in Vermont December is a cold month. Not much happening in the garden, in fact it's covered with a light dusting of snow and the ground is frozen solid. However inside I am surrounded by beautiful blossoms. I can dream of spring and enjoy the beauty in my living room!

Cynthia on Dec 15, 2013I too live in Vermont and my houseplants keep me busy and happy all winter. African Violets are blooming as is a mini rose, orchids and Christmas Cactus. They all give me such joy! I also like the look of the garden in winter with the snow and gives me time to plan for next year!
