Absolutely! In the US concrete countertops are becoming more popular. My son just built one for his outdoor kitchen. Follow the directions posted in the link by Hillela G. However, I must ask...is this a benchtop in a wood shop? If so, you might want to consider the consequences of dropping and nicking bits, blades, and other tools with finely sharpened edges on such a hard surface before committing to a concrete benchtop. Also realize that by adding to your benchtop, you'll also be adding a couple inches of working height to it.
