Feeling Proud: added corkboard to a footboard ! Other fun ideas?

I hot glued cork I bought in a roll from craft store. Now we can pin photos and notes to our footboard :)

e i added corkboard to the inside of a twin foot board and sat it on to

I couldn't use the footboard attached to the bed. So I found another use for it.

What other fun footboard repurpose ideas do you have?

I LOVE this!!! Never seen this done before! Where did you hang it up? What a fab idea!

  I sat it on top of a desk pushed against the wall. The long screws keeps it sitting on top.

Brilliant idea. The footboard is such a beautiful frame for the corkboard. Vey unusual.
