Vintage Seed Spreader Planted With Scaevola or Purple Fan Flower

I bought this vintage seed spreader some many months ago and had planted it out but the plants were not faring very well. They never really took off. So today it was back to the plant nursery to purchase a Purple Fan Flower to fill the spot and I am more than happy with the result!
