I would take a door front from your cabinet to a home store and compare it to some flooring and countertop samples. you should be able to take or borrow some samples to bring home. I recently went with Cambria Quartz countertops in four bathrooms and they were very good about letting me borrow samples to compare at home.

my husband did stainless steel in our kitchen and then roughed it a little bit.its awesome i love it
I have stainless steel countertops and absolutely love them. Modern, sleek, and indestructible, but most of all easy to clean.
thought about stainless going to look today an get prices . Want something smooth an easy to clean
A welder did mine and welded the sink in too. Smooth and perfect.
I have to go with the age-old granite doesn't show scratches easy to clean hides imperfections it with the right pattern courts needs to be maintained stainless is going to scratch like crazy we deal with stainless in our business all the time, it's Timeless if you ever want to sell the house stick to earth tones don't do anything too light or too dark and do a nice backsplash. The pictures are my Pop's house that we redid his kitchen it had orange e Oak colored cabinets White flooring and had white appliances with a laminate butcher block counter it was horrible, sorry the only pictures I can find right away or his birthday pictures you can see we added crown molding to make the 8-foot ceilings look bigger darken the cabinets new handles new flooring backsplash and new granite countertops you're really looks great now and up the resale value of his home. Unfortunately I could not convince him to get rid of the white appliances LOL. Hope this helps
I love it haven't started yet but am still looking . Thanks
