Honestly you cannot. I have the same issue and contacted the manufacturer. All that can be done is use the glass top stove cleaner and buff with a microfiber cloth. Does not do to much though.
I've had success with a homemade paste of water+toothpaste+baking soda. Rub it into the scratches with a clean, slightly dampened cloth. Good luck!
