I would try Goo-Gone
Try rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer -Let it sit for a few minutes to loosen the stain.
I think spandix is a synthetic material, if so finger nail remover (acetone) will dissolve the finger nail polish AND your spandex .....
You could try hairspray. When we had a nail polish spill in the salon we always grabbed the strongest hold hairspray we could find. Spray it and blot it until it comes out. Good luck!
