Hey, I'm not sure if this will work specifically for Blue Birds, but when I was a kid, my mom either cut out an owl silhouette and stuck it to the inside of the window, or placed a fake owl figure outside of the window. Hope that helps.
If you can't beat 'em, join them. Maybe put a feeder with a mirror so they get what it is they are after and go home.
if you have a space on the outside of your windows you can swirl a belt in the shape of a snake and that may keep them away.
