Take it outside. Lay on its side and hose it off. Wipe with a dry cloth. Try to keep water out of the container
I would shake them off outside first then hose them down.
Put them in the shower, wash and drip dry. Put trash bag tightly around the bottom first.

On a hot day I take mine outside and spray them down with an orange cleaner and then hose them down. The orange cleaner dissolves the dust and the air dries them off. I do this once a year.......phenomenal

Once you have it cleaned, do what restaurants do with their wall hangings. Spray them with Static Guard to help keep dust from settling.
I have used canned air on smaller flowers. The bigger ones can be cleaned with an air compressor just don't make the pressure too high.
