Jeanette S on Dec 24, 2013Agree that a light pale yellow would work perfectly. I have a bold gold in my living room and my chairs are covered in cranberry (near a burgundy) and it is lovely.Helpful Reply

BassLake MobilePark Ca on Dec 24, 2013I also have the pale yellow and burgundy color scheme at my summer apartment, and it looks very good, and goes very well with the dark colored wood furniture I have in the room. The soft yellow, (but not TOO soft!) makes the burgundy and dark woods really pop! I'm not sure if, or how much this matters, but the flooring you have in this room? I have dark wood flooring in mine, which IMO, adds to the overall ambience of the room.Helpful Reply

April E on Dec 25, 2013as everyone is saying a creamy butter yellow would look nice, and to pull it all together you could get some fabric the color of you curtains and your walls and make a couple of pillows out of them for the bedHelpful Reply

Susan on Dec 26, 2013On that note (April E's)....using complimentary fabric patterns which have the burgungy and yellow (if that's what you decide to go with)...plaids, florals...and I'm thinking a THIRD tone or color to add interest. Perhaps a soft blue or green. Why don't we all just meet at Bonnie's and get this project going? I'll bring donuts.Helpful Reply
