I generally don't use the vinegar and baking soda together because of the bubbling action when the two are mixed I put a light layer of baking soda down and then use the peroxide 3% let it set for a bit then in a circle type motion scrub the oven if needed add a little more peroxide it should resemble paste when properly mixed. Rinse and wipe dry.. I use this also for my glass top on the stove. if there is a lot of build up it may take a few more applications but it does come clean. This is the same solution I use on my pans as they always seem to get that blacken bottoms. If this is done at least once or twice a month you should have a very clean oven. I have a dark brown spray bottle that I keep my peroxide in and even use it in my dish water to wash my dishes. I do hope that this has helped.
