Have you tried cleaning and scrubbing that tiny nozzle with an old stiff toothbrush? It could be mostly clogged with dried on cleaning solution.
you can also use a toothpick to break up tough clogs
If you have to, use a pin to really get in the nozzle hole. Just don't damage it when you do.
It may be that your battery has become to weak, change it out & see if that doesn't solve your problem.
Sometimes your water, if it's hard water, will leave calcium deposits, and that can gum lots of things. I have successfully used vinegar for that problem. Just soak the mop head in straight vinegar for about a half hour, and you'll see the deposits in the bottom of the tub/pail you soaked it in. This also works great on shower heads, aerated filters on faucets, hard water stains around faucets and in showers. Vinegar is great for so many things. Look it up.
