Brilliant! I love that it was a win win win solution, thanks for sharing!!
Don't you think the tassels give it an elegant look? No one needs to know that it is a pantry. Great re-purpose of a bookcase.
You can always paint on a gold border or use contact paper to accent the cabinet. Even put some trim on the doors to upscale the look. If you use wood trim. Paint it in an accent color to tie it into the room
It's good to be flexible when our abilities change. A pantry
will be a good thing plus you have solved your reading problem
and given many others the gift of a book!
I love it black with the tassels...yes,elegant . Doesn't look like a pantry at all, surprise!
Great idea!!!
I agree with Pat trim/w accent color. It definitely is a cool idea.
lovely idea, and great repurpose
Very good thinking and useful for your husband and you as a pantry and thoughful of you to think of others with the books. My husband and I read quite a bit and yours is truly a gift to others.
Thank you
Bravo! You and your husband make a great team.
Your Honey and you did an AMAZING job! If you like it, keep it the way it is (besides think about it, are your friends houses really that great?!? ) lol keep it Elegant by keeping it simple. Your Honey will appreciate that you think he did it perfectly in the first place!! God Bless you both.
LOL!! If I changed my house to everyone else's likes, I would live in a non- descript boring house. I like different & interesting things!!
