What should I do about my pilot light?

I have a small room that holds utility room on one side and laundry room on opposite wall. So it creates a pass through into house. So I have 2 doors garage door and house door. Room is small so can't put doors on utility side since it needs oxygen everything is gas and has pilot lights going. Laundry area is opposite there is only a small area to get into house. I want to separate the space because it seems unsafe to have bleach and vinegar and anything else that may be flammable. The pilot lights just creep me out. It just recently occurred to me to put shutter type doors on laundry side but I will have to ask my contractor. I think that I will have to change steel door from garage so it swings out instead of in so that it doesn't interfere with laundry doors. I won't put up curtain since that creates a fire hazard. I have looked but I really only need to hear from people with same problem and how they deal with it. Thank you so much for any help that you can offer!
