My parent's just used Agreeable Gray by Sherwin Williams for their house. They also liked Repose Gray.
Benjamin Moore's Revere Pewter is my fave!

Silver gray :)
Cobweb grey is the color I used in my living room in Florida
it s light and just enough color, no blue under tones
Particularly in greys, 'Pink' underlying colors, makes a 'glow'.as light plays on paint on walls and even in paintings I will use it as an under paint color., I prefer a satin finish to to enhance the light refraction.
I began with Revere Pewter but it was too taupe, not enough gray I tried Stone harbor and edge comb gray, Kendall charcoal , thundestorm and wet cement. All either had undertones or were too dark. Who knew gray had so many shades!!
Light French Grey by sherwinn williams is great!!
No suggestions on colors. Just one on how to pick. Instead of buying all those expensive paint samples I use craft paints. You can mix them with regular paint like white that you have on hand. Water base paint is water base paint.
The dollar store has large sheets of white poster board. I experiment on these until I get the color I want. No spotty walls. :D Then I get it matched at the paint store.
When I get the one I paint a larger sample on my poster board. I pin it up on different walls in different lights. Also I put it up against furniture ,art work ,etc. Sometimes a color looks great on one wall and not so much on the other. :D
Love Agreeable Gray, soft warm gray, very calming color.
I just used Sherwin Williams Amazing Gray- love it! Here it is in my living room!
