Have you tried E6000? I used this on a metal chandelier and everything is still together.
Loctite or a marine epoxy
My favorite is Gorilla glue hot glue sticks - it is amazing stuff!
Weldbond is a white glue that dries clear. I have used it on a concrete statue that was broken in 2 places. Has been in the weather for years and I even picked the statue up by the top piece and still it stays together.
E6000 is great!!
since we don't know what you are gluing - it is hard to recommend, but in addition to the suggestions others have made, you can try epoxy.
"No More Nails" which comes in a tube is absolutely fantastic on pretty well everything. I go crazy if I don't have at least half a tube at a time on hand...
My second go to is "Gorilla" glue which I'm still trying out.
Both I have used on fine china right up to a cement statue that had her head chopped off with a hockey puck!
