Rub a very small amount of WD40 with a microfiber cloth.
My go to is WD40! You can also try Goo Gone if its stubborn.

best bet is apply coconut oil or peanut butter and let it sit over night-wipes right off and doesn't do ANY damage
Try Avon's Skin So Soft. It's a bath oil that as a bath oil is kinda' underwhelming, but it does amazing things. I've taken tar and oil and chip of a car with no damage. It's highly recommended for sap damage on cars. I no longer use Avon products, but I make sure I always have this one on hand. I've only used the original scent product; I don't know if the other scents do as well.
