You can try heating it up with a blow dryer to soften it up.
I agree with Janet! Heat it up with a blow dryer or heat gun to soften it, use some plastic like a credit card to scrape it of. Use Goo Gone, baby oil, mineral spirits to remove any residue.
I agree with a heat gun, not sure a blow dryer will be hot enough, but maybe. Just remember lots of ventilation. Liquid nails has some nasty stuff in it. If the tub is fiberglass be very careful on what you use to scrape it off. If it is porcelain, you can be a bit more aggressive, including using a metal putty knife/scraper or a single edge razor blade.
You can buy a plastic putty knife or one you spread joint compound with and use that after you try anf heat the liquid nails and then try to scrape it off with the plastic knife hope it works out for you
As a professional home contractor and Handy man, I have done this task many of times. The adhesive can be removed with a electric heat gun and a razor blade. Jay Heath
