Have you thought about maybe removing the doors? You can get some pull-out shelves and then it would't have to be such a pain to get to whatever you store down there.
I love Shoshana's idea, but also you can use it to store those annoying items that you almost never need but need to have- paper, supplies, the like.
I had the problem and installed a two tier lazy susan.
sounds like a good place for vertical storage of trays, cookie sheets and the like.
Share your thoughts!I have a similar small space next to my stove, and simply removed the door - I keep stove-top griddles, cookie sheets and large cooling racks there. Very handy!
Share your thoughts!I share your pain,I put the items that I don't use often in that space. It's a shame because it is a huge space but due to hinges and the dorm it's very difficult to get wide things in there unless you can fit them in then turn them over after in the cabinet. I have gotten neck cramps getting things so I put blenders in there and well all the things like I said panini maker how often do a person use it ? But hubby and I love kitchen gadgets and pans.
