I'll bet the vinegar, Dawn dish soap, baking soda and some water would do it. Mix together and let sit for about 10 minutes. Then scrub with w good scrubber and pick up the dirt quickly so it doesn't soak back in the brick or grout.
I love brick floors inside a home! You can clean it with a tablespoon of borax in a bucket of warm water and give it a good scrub. I wouldn't seal brick-it's healthy for it to breath

baking soda and vinegar do a lovely job. I add about a half cup bleach to about a gallon of the water, vinegar (about two cups) and then the baking soda (half a box about) . do in well ventilated room.
it will bubble up and foam so make sure you have enough room at the top.
scrub it in. wait a few mins and wash off w clear water. make sure the soda is dissolved.
what I did when we first had a whole room to do was I rented one of those machines you do rugs w. I put the mixture on the floor, scrubbed some and then used the machine as a rinse and lift machine for the rinse.. I rinsed twice.
