Take random lengths of tin foil & crumple in your hands. Unfold & spread sheets flat(ish!) with your hands. Spread a layer of Elmer's Glue or ModPodge on existing counter top & lay wrinkled - hand torn scraps of tin foil sheets/pieces any which way on surface. Use a paint roller to get them as flat as possible - & to secure to glue. Allow to dry - & spread a clear - nontoxic sealer over the top to protect it. Had a friend whom did his entire 1/2 bath walls with it. The dark - windowless room was bright as the sun when you turned on the lights!!!
