How can I get rid of the smell of eggs?

I love to start my day with a filling protein-rich egg but it makes my apartment smell like eggs. What is a good way to counter this issue?

I keep a small container (jar, can) with white vinegar in it. Keeps most every kind of smells out. I have cats, and smokers in the house & most do not even know it. I have jars in every room. Once in awhile I can smell the vinegar, but not normally.
Or you can leave an open box of baking soda which to will absorb some odor.
Vinegar is a great odor neutralizer!
