Frame a coordinating set for wall art. Line drawers or cupboards. Make paper ornaments, they don't have to be Christmas themed. Use as labels.
Make gift tags. You can even buy a rubber stamp that says,"to________ From_______.
My new favorite is paper feathers. Google paper feather templates & they should pop right up. I enlarged them to make them between 4 & 6 inches long. They can be used to make wreaths. You can use them for gift tags , book marks, place settings. Add them to flower arrangements. Dress them up with a little metallic paint. I'm sure you'll find more places for them. Check out. Found this question and was relieved. I have so much card stock, specialty papers, seasonal papers etc. that is making me crazy...used to do some serious scrap booking..have all this paper left and just want to throw it out!!!
It's not a craft idea, but daycares and elementary schools could always use your paper for their craft projects. Teachers are required to use their own money for projects for their students.
Group similar prints and frame them.
