Make use of pallet wood or 2 x 4s and build a nice wooden structure to hide your pol equipment. It'll look quite nice!

Lowe's has some pieces of vinyl fencing that are very decorative. Use them around 3 sides leaving access on the side no one can see! Each section costs approximately $20. Could be adapted to put on/in concrete pad. Find in landscape area under roof. They also make a really cute headboard. Hope this helps.
