You can replace the bottom with any type of wood. Boards, plywood, reclaimed wood, etc. What ever is easier for you.
Reclaimed wood is a term for recycled wood like barn board, pallets, etc.
If you are using it as a "cedar" chest you need to keep that in mind when you replace. You want some wood that will not be putting an acid air into the box. See if you can find some cedar laminate. If the warped floor can be removed it can be straightened "somewhat" with humidity/water and some weights to press it down while it dries. Small amounts of buckling can be removed with a hot clothes iron. (do some research before you try it). At least add some cedar chips once you get it repaired especial if you are not using cedar in the bottom replacement.
