I love both the old and the new version of this piece. It's a classic, so it can keep being redone as trends change through the years. It's beautiful.....
Really pretty...looks so fresh and clean and the painted hinges remind me of butterflies.
Beautiful and very creative.
So nice, crisp and clean looking.
Beautiful!!!
This piece is a winner! No matter how it is displayed, whether it is renewed or reconditioned, original finishes or freshened up for today's styling, you can't lose! It looks fabulous!
Beautiful job done on this obviously well used corner cabinet. Love the cottage look you gave to it. I am sure that if this piece of furniture came from your mom or better yet your grandma, they are proud or would be proud of what you did to it. Keep on restoring
Love it! Excellent job.
I love this makeover, the colors are beautiful together!!
It looks so beautiful! What a wonderful job you did.
Super job! I love the redos on these old tired pieces!
Awesome! Iam looking for a piece just like this ro redo as you have here. Yours is so pretty!
I have the same corner hutch as you, often thought about painting it but was to afraid I would mess it up....yours turn out beautiful, maybe one day I will get up the courage and do it.
You did a great job on refinishing the flat vertical surfaces on the major area of the hutch. And yet, the faux dry brush antiquing you did on the vertical and flat surfaces inside the cave of the hutch simply makes the inside look dirty and confused. I think you would be better served to go back and paint the desk and walls of the cave either the solid light color you used for the vertical portions on the outside of the hutch, or the darker accent color you used on the drawers and horizontal trim. The key to success in decorating is to keep things simple, limit the use of techniques, coordinate similar color combinations and forgo the urge to incorporate too many textures of surface materials. Look to creating harmony with in a grouping or particular space.
