Depending on dexterity...
foam could be laced into eyeglass or tissue cases, decorated with the shapes, or cut into doorknob hangers decorated with a seasonal greeting or favorite saying. You could also glue a stack of shapes onto blocks to create stamps and decorate towels, or other items. Keychains? Pop up cards, decorate a pot, personalize small notebook covers.
Make the sheets into playing grids and use the small pieces for Bingo markers or create your own unique game.
