A pyrethrin based insecticide should effectively kill your Japanese beetles.
Excellent suggestions! If you are unsure about anything, call an arborist asap. I lost a couple trees to pests and compromised the trees too much that I had to cut them down. A very sad day for me. Don't want to have that happen to you.
