Can you do anything with a formica table please?

What seems to be the problem? Can you post a photo? You can paint it.

Thank you William,problem I do not like formica and want to jazz it up a bit,however you cannot use sandpaper will not adhere to it.Is there special paint I can use please?

What about coloured contact paper instead of paint?

I sanded mine then painted with sealing primer and then painted. Actually I used the little acrylic craft paints to make a faux granite look on counter tops, but you should be able to paint. I also, bought Annie Sloan chalk paint and painted a formica/laminate top of a old cabinet. I wish I had pictures on me I would post. Look up on Youtube video.. How to paint laminate/formica, there are lots of them.
