Spring bulbs needed to be planted in the fall.What are the bulbs?
Another option would be to force them inside and once done flowering ,allow to dry out and store them in a cool dark location and plant them in the fall.
i live in NC and a month ago I planted Asian lillies they are coming up.
Try them it it still cold there I bet they o ok all my tulips and daffodils have bloomed they did that in mid Feburary
