When my sons were young we wnt to the seashore every summer. They loved the beaches, sandcastles and collecting seashells. So what can you do with the small sells. I put some sand in a bottle, the shells, a pic of them collecting the shells and add some sisal and shells to top.

I love altered bottles. Here's a few I made. I've done lots more, most of which I like better than these, but this is all I have pics of. So much fun to do!

I created these by spray painting them white, then stenciling the letters. I painted the letters with glitter paint I made with decoupage, paint and glitter. I used some of the Dollar Tree table sprinkles and glued them in place with decoupage. Next I wrapped a small amount of burlap string around the tops, added some curling ribbon, used the St Pats Day wire with the tiny shamrocks and stuck flowers into the tops. Finished! Setting them next to the mantle mirror caused a reflection which sparkled when the sun hit them.
So glad to see this all together. Thanks HIllela!
