I would start them now as many seeds take longer to germinate. Keep in a bright location and moist, until you can plant them outdoors after your danger of frost.

The general rule of thumb is to plant them 6 weeks before the last frost date in your area. For you that's around April 21st so now is a good time to plant. Happy planting!

For starting any seeds indoors, you first need to know the last frost date in your area. Then look on the seed package - it will tell you how many days from planting the seeds to germination. Count back from the last frost date and add a couple weeks, then you will know how many days to plant your seeds.

The reason you add a couple weeks, is that your babies will have to get 2 true leaves before you can transplant. Actually, I forgot about hardening off, so maybe add 3 weeks.....
