What are great perennials for curb appeal at my house in Myrtle Beach?

In South Carolina, weather is always beautiful! It's the South! But winter shows its presence with temperatures as low as 40's sometimes 30's but it's off and on during winter months. Sometimes the beach is a great New Years Eve party place!
I like perennials because I love color and once I'm done I wanna be done with maybe trimming and weed pulling.
Thanks!

In your zone there are so many, lucky you. Stick with native flowers you will have the best bang for your buck, a good local nursery can help you with that. Good luck and I hope you will post pictures.

I love purple coneflower (easy to grow), tickseed, and hollyhocks, and cosmos (which are an annual, but so pretty)

I have never lived in S.C., but I am told it's very hot. I would try to stick with plants that love heat. Sedum is very pretty and colorful, plus it is drought resistant. Good luck on your project!

Will muscadine and scuppernong grapes grow in the Phoenix area? Does anyone know?

I recommend oleanders for height and crotons for low color. Both of these will tolerate hot summers . Oleanders are evergreen and bloom pretty much all summer. Crotons are colorful foliage plants with red, yellow, orange, pink, and green splotched waxy leaves. They will withstand overnight frosts, but nothing more than that. If they do frost, they will return from the roots once established.
