Any advice as to how to store them until fall, or is there a way to plant them now and still have them flower in the summer

You can plant them, however they most likely not flower. If you decide to store them do so in a dry dark area with sphagnum peat's in a brown paper bag.

You can plant them now but it is best to start them in a pot and after they have sprouted for a bit then transplant them in the ground. I just bought some bulbs last week and it says to plant first in a pot.
